My story

Eric Gomez has over 20 years of executive leadership and management experience in faith-based nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Throughout his 19-year tenure at Nokia Networks, a Fortune 500 company, Eric advanced through the leadership ranks, beginning as a Jr. Engineer and culminating in his role as the Head of Software Services for the North America region. The bulk of Eric’s executive experience comes from his tenure at XO Marriage, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. While there, he helped build XO Marriage into the premiere marriage ministry in America, reaching over 500 million unique users annually across media channels, marriage conferences, and a top-ranked podcast network. All of this was possible with success capital campaigns and a focus to find new donors who shared a common passion to make a kingdom difference. 

Today Eric provides trusted counsel to some of the world’s most prominent Christian leaders and their organizations, helping to bring current best practice and strategy to their vision. Eric is passionate about helping mission center organizations interpret vision into operational and financial strategies to take decisive steps to achieve success, sustainable growth, and a healthy team and culture.

Eric has been married to his wife for 23 years and has 3 kids. They live in Keller, TX and attend Keystone Church.
